TARGET AUDIENCE & BRIEF:

MARKIT were undergoing a period of rapid expansion and needed to attract the best new talent to the company. As part of their HR strategy, they required a series of films that captured the unique personality of the company, 'finance, but not as you know it'.

SOLUTION:

Bespoke's approach was to create a series of films that put the existing employees and company culture at the heart of the narrative. Instead of casting actors and voice over artists, we auditioned the cast from within the company, and instead of using film studios, we set the action in their various offices across the world, during normal working hours.
